CUT-MAX 206 has a very effective additive package that is stable, effective and provides needed anti-welding and extreme pressure characteristics for difficult operations on hard-to-machine ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Boundary lubricant additives are compounded into the base oil for excellent machining characteristics at all cutting speeds. CUT-MAX 206 has demonstrated superior performance in screw machines as a versatile cutting oil where enhanced machinability and improved chip control is required. The organic diluent and carrier for this oil has exceptional wetting and penetrating characteristics to insure an effective flow of the coolant to the chip tool interface.
