Please note that post COVID-19, we are still experiencing slightly longer delivery times from certain freight carriers. Please allow up to an additional 3 business days from the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive. Also note that some freight companies no longer require a signature for delivery since COVID-19 and may drop your parcel at your door or place of business without contact.


You can choose to have your order delivered, nominate your own courier service, or you can collect it from one of our convenient store locations. If collecting your order, you will be notified via email or phone advising how to proceed once it is ready for collection. Please bring your photo ID (either a current government issued form of identification or a state issued driver licence) to the store so we can verify your order and minimise credit card theft.


The majority of our product range is included in our free delivery offer. However, some exclusions apply:

  • Orders and/or items under $199
  • Orders and/or items that are deemed bulky, large or heavy (oversized items)
  • Orders that include dangerous goods
  • Orders to areas outside capital city metro regions
  • Some clearance items
  • Some promotional products


We can only deliver items classed as dangerous goods to metro areas located in the same city as our stores; if you attempt to have dangerous goods shipped outside these locations you will be notified at checkout and unable to proceed. Store collection is still possible for orders containing dangerous goods, or you can nominate your own courier service during checkout and supply their details. Alternatively, you can remove any dangerous goods from your cart and continue with the delivery option.


Our national delivery service network covers all of Australia; unfortunately we do not offer international delivery online. However, you can use your own courier service and nominate this courier during checkout providing their details, or if you contact us through live chat or our online contact form, we can provide a quotation for shipping goods outside Australia to certain countries.


If you have chosen to collect your order from one of our stores, you will be notified via email or phone by the store when your order is ready for collection.

If you chose to have your order delivered, you will receive an email when the goods have been dispatched with the relevant tracking information. The approximate time to dispatch will depend on the items that you ordered. Most items are in stock, but some items may need to be ordered in or transferred to the store prior to dispatch. Every item has been assigned an approximate dispatch time which is listed on each product page, You will also be notified during checkout of the total estimated dispatch time. Please note that we will not ship your order until all items are ready for dispatch (unless otherwise discussed with our team).

In the unlikely event there is a discrepancy on our website (or if we are unable to ship your order in time), you will be contacted by one of our team members to discuss further options. Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro: 2-5 business days
  • Remote or regional areas: 3-10 business days

Please note that these delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most items sent via metro will arrive within 2-3 days on average.


Once your order has been dispatched and is with a courier service, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order.

Deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am & 5pm. We are unable to arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends.

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, you may receive a collection card notifying you to collect your order from the nearest collection point. It’s important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound, but sometimes there are locations that may not have nearby collection points to make this possible. If this is the case, your parcel may be returned to us.


If you are ordering a bulky/large item, you will receive a notice during checkout that we need to discuss your delivery options further. This is to ensure we quote the best possible delivery rates for you, hopefully avoiding any credits or refunds being applied to your order at a later date. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Alternatively, collect the order from one of our convenient stores, or nominate your own courier service during checkout.
